RESERVATIONS

A reservation is made, by sending the first 1/2 of the rent for the week.

Reservations are held first come, first served, with either:

a personal check,

or credit card, using PayPal
(account name = peggyobrien@mac.com.)

30 days before arrival, the balance of the rent and the $300 DAMAGE DEPOSIT will be due. 

Email the dates you are interested in to peggyobrien@mac.com. The availability calendar 2011 is kept up-to-date daily.

CANCELATIONS

If canceled between 30 to 90 days before arrival,  no further money is due, and I will try to re-rent the house at full value.  If it is rented again at full value, I will refund your half-week payment in full.   If it rents for less, I will return the half-week deposit, less this discounted amount.  And then, no other obligation will exist between us.

Similarly, if the house is canceled with less than 30 days notice, or failure to pay the balance, then, I will re-rent the house.  If it rents for full value, I will refund your full-week payment in full.  If it rents for less, I will return the full-week payment, less this discounted amount. And, no other obligation will exist between us. 

The $300 damage deposit will be returned on notification of any cancellation, since this money is only applied to physical damages to the house.
