Lake Tashmoo is just below the setting sun, about half mile away.

deep dark woods in Summer,

outdoor shower, (below) best part of the day...

backyard turkeys (below)... roam the neighborhood, like they own the place...

Flock of turkeys, hatch in May, half grown by August.

and when you least expect it, deer.

ok, you might only see deer once or twice a year.. but still, stunning...and worth a photo or two...
